Important Notice: There will be a $3.00 on-line convenience fee for each payment transaction performed through the website. Service fees are not connected to payments received via the postal service.
Tip! To ensure proper routing of your payment, be sure to enter the name of your midwife or facility and the correct number in the Type of Service field in the Billing Information section of the payment form.
Auto-Pay
Arrange to have your credit card or checking/savings account automatically debited for your account balance each month. You select the day of the month. This is a wonderful program for those clients that want less hassle with paying their bills on-time.
