(Auto pay and checks are not accepted for payment of your verification of benefits, as payment is due upon submission.)
Pay Online
Make your payment online conveniently though our secured site with your Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or checking/savings account. At this time we do not accept American Express. Due to federal regulations we are not able to accept payment from Health Savings, Flex Spending and Cafeteria accounts.
Tip! To ensure proper routing of your payment, be sure to enter the name of your midwife or facility and the correct number in the Type of Service field in the Billing Information section of the payment form.
Auto-Pay
Arrange to have your credit card or checking/savings account automatically debited for your account balance each month. You select the day of the month. This is a wonderful program for those clients that want less hassle with paying their bills on-time.
