She is an in-demand speaker and consultant in topics ranging from sustainable business models, entrepreneurship, the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, medical insurance billing, and woman-centered care.
Diane has been with LBS for over 7 years. Her leadership experience and personal relations skills make her an excellent Client Relations Manager. She works with our clients on a level that makes them feel supported and heard. She is the face of the company in some ways, and she represents us so well.

Chellie has been in the insurance business since 1995, working at Insurance companies as a customer service representative, then as a claims adjudicator. She moved onto the billing/coding aspect of insurance in 2004 and has enjoyed using her knowledge of the inner workings of insurance companies to help advocate for providers to get them the reimbursement they deserve. She loves learning new aspects of coding and enjoys the challenge that comes with the changes in coding each year.

As our Claims Department General Manager, Julie manages our team of over 35 claims and billing specialists. She has been with LBS for over 6 years and brings with her experience in sales, office management and paralegal work.
Kim joined the LBS team almost 7 years ago, after obtaining a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. With previous experience in management and Human Resources, she is a key player on our leadership team. Kim currently handles our Human Resources Department and oversees some of our internal training processes.
Prior to starting her career at LBS in 2010, Shyela received a Certificate in Medical Assisting and worked at a medical clinic specializing in family and internal medicine. In 2014, she obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management from Southern Oregon University that polished her exemplary customer service, leadership, project management and business sustainability skills.
