Christine Romney, CEO, Certified Professional Compliance Officer Christine founded Larsen Billing in 2001 and has led the company for more than two decades with a strong focus on integrity, collaboration, and client success. She oversees company strategy, compliance, client relationships, and business development. Christine personally onboards every new client and consults directly with providers on revenue cycle optimization and healthcare compliance. She is known for building empowered teams, fostering autonomy, and creating long-term partnerships rooted in trust and transparency. Director of Operations Sara has been an integral part of Larsen Billing since 2012, bringing unmatched attention to detail and a broad, highly technical skill set to every department. She manages HR, oversees payer portal access, and serves as Larsen’s primary liaison with our billing software system. Sara is responsible for building and maintaining the backend of our operations, including setting up provider databases in CollaborateMD from scratch, managing technical integrations and interfaces, configuring payer agreements for EDI and ERA transactions, and establishing EFT enrollments with payers to ensure providers are paid accurately and efficiently. She also oversees scheduling and many internal systems critical to daily operations. A trusted leader, Sara plays a central role in keeping Larsen’s workflows compliant, connected, and running smoothly. Director of Revenue Cycle Management Alisha joined Larsen Billing in 2012 and leads revenue cycle operations as our most experienced Account Manager. She partners closely with providers and front office teams to optimize workflows from intake through payment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial outcomes. Alisha specializes in process improvement and practice transformation, helping clients streamline operations while maintaining high standards of care and compliance. She is known for building strong relationships and advocating for both providers and internal teams. Director of Credentialing Mandy has been a trusted member of Larsen Billing since 2014 and leads our credentialing and contracting services. She oversees payer enrollment, contract management, and compliance-related credentialing workflows, understanding the direct impact these processes have on provider revenue. Mandy brings deep expertise in payer relations and works closely with practices to ensure accurate recognition across all insurance networks, protecting reimbursement and supporting sustainable growth. Director of Training Maile has been with Larsen Billing since 2006, serving as a biller and account manager with deep expertise across billing, aging, and workflow processes. She develops and leads training programs for our billing and aging teams and provides extensive software training in CollaborateMD (CMD) for both Larsen staff and provider offices. As a key member of the Claims Department, Maile supports the team with day-to-day problem solving and process guidance, helping ensure consistent, accurate outcomes. She also specializes in midwifery and birth center billing—an area requiring significant nuance and experience—and serves as Larsen’s subject-matter expert for these accounts. Director of Patient Relations Ginger joined Larsen Billing in 2018 and leads patient-facing operations, including benefits verification, patient collections, and the patient hotline. She manages teams focused on improving patient communication while supporting providers with effective collections strategies. Ginger works directly with practices to enhance the patient financial experience, ensuring clear processes that benefit both patients and providers. Director of Coding and Auditing Dani brings more than 15 years of experience as a Certified Professional Coder and Auditor, along with a clinical background as a Registered Nurse. She leads coding support and auditing initiatives, providing chart audits, compliance reviews, and provider education. Dani works closely with billers and practices to ensure documentation accurately reflects clinical care, supporting proper reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
