This company was a remote billing company way before COVID hit and started making people work from home as much as possible. I can honestly say they have the billing remote, and still make you feel like you’re working in an office, down pat. You do NOT feel like you are just sitting out working by yourself. They have incorporated some wonderful changes to make us all feel like one big family and I just absolutely love it. Christine and the rest of the managers are so wonderful and accommodating to you, if you get stressed or behind the first question asked is “how can we support you”. They want to know what they can do to help, and they are ALWAYS willing to do what is needed. Management is attentive, helpful, and hands-on in a non-overbearing way. No question is ever too small or too big for them. My co-workers are truly amazing too. We are all like one big family and that is how I truly feel. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t give it a second thought…. This is my forever. Everyone is honest, trustworthy, caring, and sincere. We love our clients and love building relationships with them! I absolutely love what I do for Larsen. I get to do everything from beginning to end of a claim and it makes it very interesting and you learn a lot! The team is comprised of phenomenal employees, with a wide range of skill sets, who are dedicated to providing clients with the best services possible. I have spent my entire career in the office environment and made the best decision by accepting a remote billing position with LBS. Every employee has been super helpful and supportive along with the management team who provides the tools and resources needed to perform. Even though we are not in person, our weekly virtual meetings foster togetherness. I look forward to logging in daily to help our providers obtain the maximum reimbursement for the services that they have provided and deserve. It is so nice to not have to drive to work each day and to be able to have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available to my family. They have given me opportunities to learn and grow as an employee and it is very fulfilling to work with our providers, develop friendships with them, and understand the importance of the services they provide. This is not only one of the most professional organizations I’ve worked for, it is also one of the most genuine. Every member of the team is invested in your success. The training is thorough, and resources are readily available to ensure you are as successful as possible. Even though we work remotely, we are encouraged to get together virtually on a weekly basis. I would not hesitate to recommend Larsen Billing to anyone who is searching for an amazing work family and career home. I have been privileged enough to work with Larsen Billing for the past four years in different capacities. I have always loved that the managers I have worked with did not micro-manage, and I’ve proven that they don’t need to.
